As the Founder and Lead Inclusion Strategist at Erin Davis Co., she partners with executive teams and HR leaders to embed inclusion into leadership, governance, and talent strategy, ensuring organizations are future-ready, resilient, and high-performing. Erin’s expertise has been recognized on global and national stages. She has contributed to international discussions on gender equality and leadership at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, led executive sessions on inclusive governance and board hiring, and delivered keynotes and workshops on cultural competence, leadership effectiveness, and workplace innovation. She resides in Edmonton, Treaty 6 Territory, Region 4 of the Métis Nation of Alberta, with her husband and two children, where they work together to create a world where inclusion is an everyday reality, not just an initiative.
