Michelle Millard obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1991 and her Bachelor of Laws degree in 1994, both from the University of Alberta.
Michelle is a Partner with Felesky Flynn LLP. Prior to joining Felesky Flynn LLP in November 2015, Michelle practiced with Ogilvie LLP from the time she was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1995.
Michelle’s current practice emphasizes estate planning, trusts, estate administration, succession planning and corporate transactions.
Michelle is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association. A former Chair of both the CBA’s Business Law and Wills & Estates Law Sections, she currently maintains those memberships. Michelle is a member and Director of Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is currently the president and a director of The Business and Professional Women’s Club of Edmonton (BPW Edmonton) and was pleased to re-launch this Club in Edmonton this past year. Michelle is currently a member of the Edmonton CREW Association (Commercial Real Estate Women) and a past director of the Edmonton CREW Association. She is a past board member of both the Family Centre Foundation and The Family Centre. Michelle is a past president of the Estate Planning Council and a past member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners.
Michelle likes to spend her spare time with her husband, Steve, and their two sons, Tristan and Kieran.
